Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- MBA / MSc or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university/institute, or a reputable foreign university.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience.
- At least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role managing major civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the educational or public sector is preferred.
- A proven track record of managing mega projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, construction management, budgeting, and public sector regulatory frameworks.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum 59 years at the time of application.
