Job Summary
The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Wing Head – Administration (VP / SVP) within its Human Resource Management Group. This is a senior position based in Karachi, focusing on managing the administrative and logistical functions related to the bank’s training and development programs.
Position Details
- Job Title: Wing Head – Administration
- Grade: Vice President (VP) / Senior Vice President (SVP)
- Reporting To: Divisional Head – Learning & Development (L&D)
- Location: Karachi
- Employment Type:3-year contractual (renewable at management’s discretion)
Basic Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Minimum: Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred: A Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Administration.
- At least 5 years of that experience must be in a supervisory role.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and project management abilities.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with data reporting and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
The Wing Head will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including:
- Policy & Process: Developing and implementing training administration policies and SOPs.
- Logistics Management: Overseeing end-to-end logistics for training programs (venues, scheduling, materials, vendor coordination).
- Learning Platforms: Managing digital learning platforms, training records, and reporting dashboards.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with training policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Budget Management: Monitoring training event budgets and providing expenditure reports.
- Data Management: Maintaining centralized data on attendance, completion rates, and evaluations.
- Coordination: Working with L&D teams and business units to align administration with learning needs.
- Vendor Management: Handling vendor relations, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Team Administration: Managing team-related matters like leave, attendance, and office decorum.
