Job Summary: Zonal Head at PPCBL
Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) is hiring experienced Zonal Heads for various zones across Punjab.
Position: Zonal Head
Locations: Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha Zones.
Key Details:
- Basic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a similar (Zonal Head or senior management) position.
Main Responsibilities:
The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading and managing multiple bank branches. Key duties include:
- Leadership & Management: Overseeing branch operations, lending, sales, customer service, and risk management.
- Business Growth: Driving deposit mobilization, loan business, and product sales.
- Staff Development: Coaching, guiding, and motivating branch staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Risk & Recovery: Proactively managing and recovering non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking business KPIs, income, and expenditure of branches.
- Compliance: Ensuring branches adhere to credit/operational guidelines and resolve audit objections.
