Position Requirements
Job Title: Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Design and Operations)
Required Qualification:
- A 16-year degree (Master’s or equivalent) in:
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Commerce
- Social Protection
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in a relevant field.
- Specific expertise required in:
- Designing and implementing conventional and innovative banking products.
- Branchless banking and G2P (Government-to-Person) payments.
- Social cash transfers and digital finance.
- Knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
- Understanding of government and development partner procurement processes.
