NADRA (National Database & Registration Authority) is hiring for an administrative and human resources position on a contract basis.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Maximum 37 years *(Note: A 5-year age relaxation is already included in this limit)*.
  • Education:
    • Degree: BBA/MBA or equivalent in a related field.
    • Recognition: Must be from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Duration: Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education.
    • Attestation: Degrees must be attested by HEC.
  • Experience:
    • Preferably 3 years of experience in a relevant Admin & HR role.

3. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

  • HR Operations: Manage leave, personnel hearings, postings/transfers, and service records.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce HR policies and organizational directives as per rules.
  • HR Systems & Payroll: Supervise HRMS data updates, payroll processing, and employee benefits.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee office management, logistics, facility upkeep, and asset maintenance.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and performance oversight to administrative staff.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Contract: Initial 5-year contract (extendable if required).
