2. Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 37 years *(Note: A 5-year age relaxation is already included in this limit)*.
- Education:
- Degree: BBA/MBA or equivalent in a related field.
- Recognition: Must be from an HEC-recognized university.
- Duration: Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education.
- Attestation: Degrees must be attested by HEC.
- Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a relevant Admin & HR role.
3. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- HR Operations: Manage leave, personnel hearings, postings/transfers, and service records.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce HR policies and organizational directives as per rules.
- HR Systems & Payroll: Supervise HRMS data updates, payroll processing, and employee benefits.
- Administrative Management: Oversee office management, logistics, facility upkeep, and asset maintenance.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and performance oversight to administrative staff.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Important Terms & Conditions
- Contract: Initial 5-year contract (extendable if required).
