Position Details & Eligibility
1. Campus Director
- Tenure:4 years
- Campuses: Abbottabad, Attock, Lahore, Sahiwal, Vehari, Wah
- Maximum Age:65 years
- Key Requirements:
- PhD from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in academic, research, or management leadership.
- Distinguished record in research, publications, and administration.
- Special Requirement: Must submit the first page of published research articles and a mandatory self-assessment form.
2. Registrar
- Tenure:3 years
- Maximum Age:65 years
- Key Requirements:
- Option 1:PhD from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Option 2:MBA/MS/M.Phil (First Division/2.5 CGPA) in a relevant field.
- Experience:15 years (with at least 10 in academic administration) OR 18 years (with at least 10 in academic administration/examinations) in a BPS-17 or equivalent role.
3. Controller of Examinations
- Tenure:3 years
- Maximum Age:65 years
- Key Requirements:
- Option 1:PhD from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Option 2:MBA/MS/M.Phil (First Division/2.5 CGPA) in a relevant field.
- Experience:15 years (with at least 10 in academic admin/exams) OR 18 years (with at least 10 in academic admin/exams) in a BPS-17 or equivalent role.
How to Apply – Important Steps

- Prepare Dossier: Prepare three (3) identical sets of your application, including:
- Completed application form.
- Attested copies of degrees, testimonials, and experience certificates.
- A recent photograph.
- For Campus Director roles only: First pages of research articles and the self-assessment form.
- Pay Fee: Attach a Pay Order/Demand Draft for 5,000/- (non-refundable) for each application, in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad”.
- Submit by Mail: Send the complete application package by the deadline to:

Other Important Notes
- Separate Applications: If applying for multiple Campus Director positions, you must submit separate, complete applications with separate fees for each.
