| Position | Essential Qualifications & Experience |
| Professor | Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC/PHEC recognized institution. • 8-10 years of post-Ph.D. experience. • 15 research publications in HEC/PHEC recognized journals. |
| Associate Professor | Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC/PHEC recognized institution. • 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience. • 10 research publications in HEC/PHEC recognized journals. |
| Assistant Professor | Option 1: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC/PHEC recognized institution. Option 2: M.Phil. (or equivalent 18-year degree) in the relevant field. • 4 years of teaching experience at an HEC/PHEC recognized university/institution. |
| Lecturer | M.Phil./MS (or equivalent 18-year degree) in the relevant field from an HEC/PHEC recognized institution. • Teaching experience will be preferred. |
