Detailed Job Description

1. Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 years of education) degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in:
  • Marketing
  • Digital Media Management
  • Outreach Campaigns
• Proven Track Record: The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign design, social media analysis, and content management.

2. Required Skills:

• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Proficiency with software like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) or similar tools.
• Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):Ability to improve online visibility.
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing):Skill in running effective paid advertising campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze social media performance to boost engagement and reach.

3. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 28 and 40years of age.
