Job Overview
The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is hiring for a senior position within its Branch Banking Division (CBG). This is a leadership role based in Sialkot and is targeted at experienced banking professionals.
Position Details
- Job Title: Regional Business Head, Branch Banking Division
- Grade: SVP/EVP-I
- Location: Sialkot, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Business Head will be responsible for:
- Achieving liability (deposits) and cross-selling targets for the region.
- Managing all units within the region effectively.
- Ensuring full compliance with operational risk and Shariah policies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet monthly targets for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Total Deposits.
- Enhancing staff productivity and fostering a strong compliance culture.
- Improving customer service quality and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.
- Collaborating with other business units to identify new customer opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Requirement |
| Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized university or a foreign university. |
| Experience | Minimum 09 years of banking experience. Candidates with over 03 years in a similar role will be preferred. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years as of November 22, 2025. |
