- Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA) OR
- A Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:
- 5 years for qualified accountants.
- 10 years for those with only a Master’s degree, including 3 years in a senior role within a corporate environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate law and public sector financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and fixed assets.
- Act as Company Secretary, handling board proceedings and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee administration, procurement, and HR functions.
