Key Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN).
- Education: An advanced degree in Nursing (BScN) is required. A Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) is preferred.
- Experience: At least seven years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Registration: Must have a valid, up-to-date Nursing Council registration.
- Gender: The position is open to both Male and Female candidates.

- Application Form: Must use the prescribed form available on the HMC website: https://www.hmckp.gov.pk
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of 2,000/- is required. This can be paid via:
- Bank Draft/Payment Order in favor of “Hospital Director-MTI-HMC”.
- Direct deposit into the Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch(Branch Code: 0185, A/C #: PLS 00060-00-2).
- Required Documents: The application must be accompanied by:
- Complete bio-data.
- Duly attested copies of academic certificates, experience certificates, and domicile certificate.
- Attested copy of CNIC.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Bank draft/payment receipt.
- Submission Deadline: The complete application must reach the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governors, MTI-HMC within 15 working days from the first date of the advertisement’s publication.
- Submission Method: Can be submitted in person or via registered courier service.
- Proper Channel (for Government Servants):In-service government employees must route their applications through the proper channel, including a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their competent authority. If selected, they must resign from their government job.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Governance: The appointment will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and MTI Regulations 2022.
- Incomplete Applications: The Scrutiny Committee can reject incomplete applications.
- Disqualification: Candidates can be disqualified for reasons including a criminal conviction, dismissal from public service, submitting false/forged information, or misbehaving during the interview.
- Interview: Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview. No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided.
