NBP is seeking experienced professionals for its Audit & Inspection department. The key details for each position are outlined below.

1. Section Head – Administration / Planning Officer (OG-II)

• Reports to: Wing Head – Administration & Planning
• Location: Karachi
• Basic Qualification: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized)
• Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 2 years in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Branch Operations, or Administration.
• Key Skills: Communication, negotiation, MS-Office, analytical skills.
• Main Duties:
  • Administrative tasks (leave, transfers, employee records).
  • Training Need Analysis (TNA) and budget preparation.
  • Preparing memos for the Board Audit Committee.
  • Processing invoices and staff appraisals.

2. Head Credit Reviewer / Reviewer (OG-I / OVP)

• Reports to: Divisional Head – Credit Review
• Location: Karachi or Lahore
• Basic Qualification: Minimum Master’s Degree (HEC recognized). Professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CAF) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, with 5 years as an Auditor, Credit Reviewer, or Sanctioning Officer preferred.
• Key Skills: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Main Duties:
  • Review corporate credit portfolios and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare reports for Management/Board/Regulators.
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of borrowers.

3. Audit Team Member – Regional Audit Office (OG-II / OG-I)

• Reports to: Local Reviewer
• Location: Karachi
• Basic Qualification: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized). Master’s or professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CAF) are preferred.
• Experience:Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 2 years in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Branch Operations, or Administration.
• Key Skills: Knowledge of prudential regulations, communication, MS-Office, IT knowledge.
• Main Duties:
  • Conduct audits of Branches and Regional Offices.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Safekeep audit records and manage audit MIS.

4. Audit Team Member – International Audit (OG-II / OG-I)

• Reports to: Wing Head – International Audit Wing
• Location: Karachi
• Basic Qualification: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized). Master’s or professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CAF) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, with 2 years in an Audit function preferred.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, MS-Office, ability to meet deadlines.
• Main Duties:
  • Conduct audits of International Branches and Compliance.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations.
  • Manage audit MIS and ensure safekeeping of records.
