Job Summary

NADRA is hiring for multiple Intelligence Officer positions across various regions in Pakistan. This is a specialized role primarily targeting individuals, especially retired officers, with formal intelligence training and field experience.

Key Position Details

• Job Title: Intelligence Officer
• Number of Vacancies:48 (across various locations)
• Age Limit: Maximum 52 years (a 5-year age relaxation is already included)
• Job Location: Various cities across Punjab, Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (see full list below).

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Mandatory Educational & Training Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate).
• Intelligence Course: Must have successfully completed a 3-month Intelligence course from one of the following accredited institutions:
  • SMI (School of Military Intelligence)
  • DSI/NIA (Defence Services Intelligence / National Intelligence Academy)
  • SOI (School of Infantry)
  • Naval Intelligence
  • IB Academy (Intelligence Bureau Academy)

2. Mandatory Experience

• At least 4 years of post-intelligence course experience in a field intelligence operation setup.

3. Important Notes on Eligibility

• Gender-Specific Clause: The requirements for the intelligence course and the 4 years of field experience are “Not applicable for female candidates.”
• Preference for Female Candidates: Female candidates with experience serving in any intelligence setup will be preferred and must attach an experience certificate with their CV.
• Retired Officers Encouraged: Retired officers (in BS-14/BS-16 or equivalent ranks like Sub-Inspector/Assistant Sub-Inspector) from police, civil, and military intelligence agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Language Skill: Proficiency in the relevant regional language of the job location will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

• Probation: A 6-month probation period (extendable based on performance).
• Government Employees: Must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department with the application.
• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test/interview.
• Character & Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Character Certificate attested by the relevant police station upon joining.
• Electronic Devices: Not allowed during the test/interview.
