Job Summary: Deputy Project Director at PSPA

The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) is hiring for a Deputy Project Director to play a key role in building the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER).

1. Position & Package

• Job Title: Deputy Project Director (PPS-11)
• Number of Posts:01
• Pay Package: Up to  980,000
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

2. Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Project Director will assist in:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Managing risks and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Overseeing reporting and supporting operational processes.
• Capacity-building and performance monitoring.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:
  • A Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional project management certifications are an advantage.
  • Mandatory familiarity with Government structures and procedures (preferably Govt. of the Punjab).
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the social sector.
  • Minimum 03 years in a middle or senior-level management position.
  • Experience working with government agencies is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
