Available Positions & Key Details
1. Managing Director (Ref: MD)
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in property development, sales, and facility management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA an advantage), strong leadership, and professional project management certification.
- Primary Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction, achieve financial objectives, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise the board of directors.
2. Project Directors (Ref: PD)
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in building and construction project development.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Estate Management, or Engineering (MBA an advantage), and proficiency in project management.
- Primary Responsibilities: Lead project teams from design to close-out, manage construction schedules, maintain project budgets, and lead project meetings.
3. Senior Architects (Ref: SA)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, specifically in commercial offices and residential buildings.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, ARCON certification, and Project Management certification is desirable.
- Primary Responsibilities: Handle design projects, coordinate multiple projects, maintain a project deal log, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Some travel within West Africa is required.
4. Structural Engineers (Ref: SE)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the structural design and construction industry.
- Key Qualifications: A good Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, professional certification from the Nigerian Society of Engineers, and proficiency with CAD software.
- Primary Responsibilities: Ensure effective building design, provide technical advice, work with architects and contractors, and secure regulatory approvals.
General Requirements for All Positions
- Highly experienced: Minimum experience ranges from 15 to 20 years.
- Relevant Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with postgraduate qualifications (like an MBA) being a strong advantage.
- Professional Certification: Project management or relevant professional body certifications are highly valued or required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
