Applications are invited from qualified individuals domiciled in the Province of Punjab who are dynamic, committed, professional and dedicated to their work for the following posts on contract basis for a period of three years (likely to be regularized) in the University.

2. Important Application Instructions
- Who Can Apply? Qualified individuals domiciled in the Province of Punjab.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- must be paid via Bank Challan/Postal Order in favour of the Treasurer, Ghazi University.
- How to Apply: Submit 2 complete sets of the application, including:
- Prescribed application form (download from gudgk.edu.pk).
- Attested copies of all degrees/certificates.
- Two recent photographs (one for each set).
- Original fee challan/postal order.
- Submission Address: Applications must reach the office of the Registrar, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan by the deadline.
- Serving Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer by the interview date.
- Envelope: Clearly write the name of the post you are applying for on the top right corner of the envelope.
3. General Conditions
