VACANCIES

Applications are invited for the following posts in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Hangu, from suitable candidates who are permanent residents of District Hangu, according to the following details. All applications will be received online through ETEA.

Posts Details

• Computer Operator (BPS-16)
  • Total Posts: 01 (Women Quota 01)
  • Age Limit: 18-28 years
  • Qualification: Second class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (BCS/BIT 4 years) from a recognized university OR Second class Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university plus one year diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
• Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
  • Total Posts: 02 (Women Quota 01, Minority Quota 01)
  • Age Limit: 18-30 years
  • Qualification:
    • (I) At least second class Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board or equivalent qualification.
    • (II) Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Patwari (BPS-09)
    • Total Posts: 01 (Male/Female)
    • Age Limit: 18-35 years
    • Qualification:
      • (I) Intermediate or equivalent qualification, who has passed the Patwar exam.
      • (II) Name registered in the register of District Collector candidates.
    • Naib Qasid (BPS-03) (Daily Wages Basis)
      • Total Posts: 01
      • Age Limit: 18-40 years
      • Qualification: Matric pass. According to the prevailing government policy.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All eligible candidates (except for serial number 4) will be allowed to give their screening test.
2. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
4. Shortlisting of candidates will be on the basis of the ETEA screening test.
5. All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Serial number 4 will be on a daily passenger basis, for which applications will have to be submitted to the undersigned office.
6. Only experience certificates issued by a government institution and counter-signed by the head of the concerned institution will be acceptable.
7. Interview information will be given via SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not switch off or change their mobile phone until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise all responsibility will lie with the candidate.
8. The overall eligibility and age of the candidates will be determined till the last date of receipt of applications.
9. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
10. Age relaxation will be given according to the existing rules.
11. Candidates working in government and semi-government institutions should send their applications through their department.
12. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without reason or to change the number of advertised posts or cancel the advertisement.
13. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates coming for test/interview.
14. In case of a foreign educational degree, it is mandatory for the candidate to present an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
15. Error/omission is correctable.

Application Procedure:

1. After creating a profile on the ETEA website and before depositing the fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website. Deposit it at any franchise with original ID card verification.
2. After depositing the fee, the application form will be available on the ETEA website. Fill the form online carefully.
3. After filling the form, take a printout of the form and keep it safe.
4. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
5. The last date for online application is 04-12-2025.
6. ETEA will inform about the test date and time via SMS.
7. All candidates are informed that they should not change their mobile number till the completion of the recruitment process.
8. After the last date of application, age and eligibility will not be considered.
