Key Application Instructions & Requirements
- Application Form: Download from the university website: uosahiwal.edu.pk
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted via bank draft or postal order in favor of the University of Sahiwal. The fee can be deposited into A/C # 1672-79012945-01, HBL, Faisal Town Branch, Sahiwal.
- Document Submission: You must submit FIVE hard copies and a soft PDF copy on a USB drive. The application package must include:
- Attested copies of all degrees, transcripts, and certificates.
- Evidence of research publications.
- Experience certificates from previous employers.
- A recent passport-sized photograph.
- For foreign degrees, an HEC equivalence certificate is required.
- Submission Address: Send the complete application to the Office of the Registrar, University of Sahiwal, either by hand or through a courier service.
- Separate Applications: A separate application form and fee are required for each post you apply for.
- Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC with their application.
Important Notes & Conditions
- Deadline: Applications must be received by 12-12-2025 during office hours. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Quotas: A 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons (with a required certificate), and all other government-specified quotas will be observed.
- Contract: The initial contract will be for one year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
- Pension Scheme: The appointee will participate in the Defence Coordination Precision Scheme (DCPS).
- University’s Rights: The university reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not fill any position, or cancel the hiring process without providing a reason.
