Important Instructions for Applicants
- Who Can Apply: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for all posts.
- Required Documents: Applicants must submit attested copies of:
- CNIC
- Domicile & PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate)
- Educational Certificates
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Application Process:
- Send applications by post or deliver by hand to: District & Sessions Judge, Karachi East, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi.
- If applying for more than one post, you must submit a separate application for each.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Selection Process:
- Lists of eligible and ineligible candidates will be posted on the court’s notice board and official website: https://districtcourtseast.gos.pk/
- Candidates must bring their original documents to the interview.
- No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA)will be provided for the test or interview.
Special Provisions & General Rules
- Quotas:
- A 5% quota is reserved for persons with disabilities. Eligible candidates must provide a NADRA-issued CNIC with a wheelchair logo and a valid disability certificate from a government hospital.
- Age Relaxation:
- Government servants with at least 3 years of service can apply up to 30 years of age.
- Over-age candidates (up to 5 years over the limit) may get relaxation upon approval by the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
- Final Authority:
- The Departmental Selection and Promotion Committee’s (DSC) decision is final.
- Any attempt to use external influence will lead to immediate disqualification.
- The number of posts advertised may be increased or decreased.
