- Candidates must bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) at the time of the test/interview. Requests for document submission after the deadline will not be entertained.
- The age limit is as stated. No further age relaxation will be granted.
- Only shortlisted candidates who qualify the test will be called for an interview (for Deputy Assistant Director & Junior Executive).
- Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- Degrees/certificates must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the respective educational boards.
- Candidates providing false information at any stage will be disqualified.
- The appointment will be on a contract basis for a minimum of one year, extendable based on performance.
- The appointment is for a specific location; selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the division.
- Electronic devices like mobile phones, smart watches, etc., are not allowed during tests/interviews.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for the test/interview.
