Eligibility Criteria for FCPS:
- Candidates must not have a gap of more than 3 years (5 years for Pulmonology) after completing FCPS Part-I.
- The upper age limit is 40 years as of the application deadline.
- For Pulmonology, 5 years of MBBS training with mandatory rotations is required.
- Only fresh candidates are eligible; those already in a training program (except Pulmonology) cannot apply.
B. MCPS Training
This program is exclusively for regular employees of the Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI).

Eligibility Criteria for MCPS:
- Must be a regular employee of PESSI (contractual staff are not eligible).
- Must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC)from the PESSI Head Office.
- The upper age limit is 45 years as of the application deadline.
Application Process & Important Dates
- Online Application: Submit your application on the portal com.pk from August 22, 2025, to December 16, 2025.
- Hard Copy Submission: After filling the online form, download it and submit a printed copy along with all required documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent by December 16, 2025 (08:00 AM to 02:00 PM).
- Submission Format: Documents must be tagged in an “Office File.” Applications sent by post or courier will not be accepted.
- Grievance Committee Meetings:
- First Meeting: December 31, 2025 – January 1, 2026
- Second Meeting: January 6, 2026
- Final Merit List: Will be displayed on the website and the notice board after the grievance process is complete.

Important Instructions to Note
- Stipend/Salary: PESSI’s regular doctors selected for training will receive their regular salary. Other candidates will receive a stipend as per PESSI rules.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance is admissible for the application process or interviews.
- Incomplete Applications: Will be rejected outright, and no excuses will be entertained.
- No Feedback: The hospital will not provide feedback on applications.
