Detailed Job Requirements

1. Minimum Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field.
  • The degree must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)of Pakistan.

2. Minimum Experience

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
  • This experience must include:
    • Recruitment
    • Performance Management
    • HR Operations
    • Policy Development
  • Highly Desired Experience:
    • Establishing or developing HR functions for new organizations or initiatives.
    • Experience in the IT sector or technology-focused organizations.

3. Proven Expertise Required

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

  • Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
  • Compensation & Benefits Structuring
