Detailed Job Requirements
1. Minimum Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- The degree must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)of Pakistan.
2. Minimum Experience
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
- This experience must include:

- Policy Development
- Highly Desired Experience:
- Establishing or developing HR functions for new organizations or initiatives.
- Experience in the IT sector or technology-focused organizations.
