Position: Assistant Director MIS
Number of Posts: 1
Project: Public Policy & Social Protection Reforms Unit, Sustainable Development Unit
Job Nature: Contract-based (until project completion)

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MIT / MCS / MSc in Computer Sciences or a relevant IT degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Age: Minimum 30 years.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Integrated MIS management and data management.
  • Project planning and management using programming languages.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MIS software (ERP, business intelligence, data analysis tools).
  • Strong understanding of database design and system integration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Integrated Social Protection Information System (JSP-IS), which includes:

• Designing, developing, monitoring, and implementing the JSP-IS.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Acting as a liaison between IT, management, and other departments.
• Providing technical support, generating reports, and developing training programs for system users.

• Contract: The appointment is purely on a contract basis and will end automatically upon project completion.
