Rules and Regulations
- Recruitments for the above-mentioned vacant posts will be made according to the order dated 08.09.2025 issued by the Honourable Lahore High Court Multan Bench Multan vide letter No. 269/2021.
- Candidates who were recruited as Junior Clerks in the recruitment process of the year 2021 or its continuation will be eligible to apply after obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the office of the Honourable District & Sessions Judge Muzaffargarh Multan and will be considered eligible for the test/interview only if they apply.
- Government employees should send applications through their department or attach departmental NOC.
- The last date for submission of applications for the above-mentioned posts via post is 18.12.2025. No application (via fax/email/post) will be acceptable after the due date.
- Candidates can download the application for the post of Junior Clerk along with a challan of Rs. 500/- from the Central Testing Service (CTSPAK) website cts.org.pk. All candidates should send their applications to the CTSPAK office at 1414-F2, Chief Heights Main Boulevard, Gulberg II, Lahore.
- The test for the above-mentioned post for eligible candidates will be taken in District Muzaffargarh. The date, time, and roll number slips will be available on the CTSPAK website.
- After the CTS test, only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The list of eligible candidates for the interview will be displayed on the office website http://muzaffargarh.dc.lhc.gov.pk and the date and time of the interview can also be checked through this office’s website.

- All candidates must attach two passport-size photographs, educational certificates, and a copy of their CNIC (attested copies) with the application. Original documents must be brought at the time of the interview. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test or interview. Candidates appearing for the test and interview will not be allowed to sit for the test/interview without showing their original CNIC. No excuse in this regard will be acceptable. Mobile phones/modern devices are not allowed during the test.
- All recruitments will be subject to the Civil Session Courts Establishment Service Rules 2005, Government of the Punjab Recruitment Policy 2022, other instructions, and amendments made from time to time.
