An international organization is seeking applicants for the below position based in Hyderabad under the US DoS funded health project.

Provincial Program Manager, Sindh – TIFA

Tuberculosis Implementation Framework Agreement (TIFA), is a component of USG Global Accelerator to End TB and is implemented by JSI. TIFA contributes to national and global TB targets through TB Commitment Grants (TCGs). Provincial Program Manager – TIFA will serve as the key liaison between TIFA headquarters, the Provincial TB Control Program (CDC/PTP), USG State Department Pakistan, and other stakeholders. The Provincial Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of TCGs in Sindh.

Key Responsibilities:
The manager will act as the primary liaison between TIFA headquarters, the Provincial TB Control Program (CDC/PTP), the USG State Department Pakistan, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of TB Commitment Grants (TCGs) in Sindh province.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MD or MBBS, plus a Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior-level management for health program design and implementation.
  • Sector Experience: Proven experience working with international public health organizations and with governmental institutions (e.g., MoNHSR&C, Sindh Provincial Department of Health, TB Program).
  • Regional Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior work experience in Sindh.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in report writing, communication, and presentation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Other: Willingness to travel to project districts and participate in calls/meetings as required.
