Job advertisement for the Principal position at Rahbar Medical & Dental College, Lahore:
Position: Principal
Institution: Rahbar Medical & Dental College, Lahore
Affiliated Hospital: Punjab Rangers Teaching Hospital, Lahore
Project of: Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Foundation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Basic Qualification: MBBS registered with PM&DC.
- Higher Qualification: MD/MS/FCPS/PhD or equivalent registered with PM&DC and recognized by HEC.
- Preferred Additional Qualification: MHPE/MCPS in HPE/CHPE or equivalent in Medical Education (will be given additional weightage).
- Experience: Preferably 15 years of teaching experience in undergraduate/postgraduate medical institutions, including 5 years as a Professor. Only PM&DC-issued teaching experience will be accepted.
- Past Experience: Preference given to candidates with prior experience as Principal in a public/private medical institution.
- Age Limit: Should not be more than 65 years by the application deadline. Preference for candidates aged 60 or younger.
Contract Details:
- Initial contract: 3 years (extendable as per institution policy).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
