| Qualification | Mandatory<br> • Chartered Accountant (CA) from (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) or<br> • ACCA (with relevant post-qualification experience) or<br> • CIMA, CPA, or ICMA Pakistan (Cost & Management Accountant).<br>Additional Qualifications<br> • Courses or certifications in public financial management, risk management, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). |
| Professional Experience | Career Level<br> • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification comprehensive work experience in functional areas with min 7 yrs of C level portfolio.<br> • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and strategic planning.<br> • Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts, or equivalent).<br> • Expertise in the field of Accounts, Finance, Corporate Laws, Audit, Taxation, financial planning, forecasting and Joint venture agreements and allied matters.<br> • Proficient in handling financial affairs of an entity autonomously.<br> • Expertise in development and implementation of accounting and internal control system.<br>Proven Working Experience<br> • Large-scale housing authorities or real estate development organizations.<br> • Semi-government or government-linked organizations, or<br> • Large private-sector corporations with complex financial operations. |
