The Directorate General of Pest Warning and Quality Control of Pesticides, Punjab, a subsidiary body of the Agriculture Department, Punjab, requires applications from eligible male and female candidates who are domiciled in the concerned district for the following 105 posts on a contract basis for its development project “Mobile Pest Surveillance Squads and Transformation in Anti-adulteration of Pesticides System for Sustainable Agriculture in Punjab”. The project duration is until 30-06-2027.

Terms and Conditions:
- The candidate must be a resident of Punjab province and possess a domicile of the concerned district. Recruitment will be done purely on merit basis. In case of non-availability of eligible candidates in the concerned district, recruitment will be done on open merit and the candidate may be posted in any district of Punjab.
- Interested individuals should submit handwritten applications on plain paper to the Director General, Pest Warning & Quality Control of Pesticides, Punjab, Agriculture Complex, 21-E, Canal Bank Road, Johar Town, Lahore.
- CV, educational certificates, domicile, a passport-sized photograph, experience certificate, and a verified copy of the National Identity Card must be attached with the application.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- Recruitment will be done under the prevailing rules of the Government of Punjab.
- The term of recruitment will be equal to the project duration. The tenure of appointment is until the project duration, 30-06-2027. The project director will have the authority to terminate the contract of the employee at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance.
- Recruitments made on a contract basis will be temporary in nature, non-transferable, and not entitled to pension rights.
- Appointment in this project will not confer any right to permanent appointment.
- Employees working in government/semi-government organizations should apply through their respective departments.
- According to government rules, no Pay Protection will be given.
- A list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board 15 days before the interview date, and interview call letters will also be issued. No TA/DA will be given to the candidate for appearing in the interview/test.
- Eligible candidates can contact this office 3 days before the interview date.
- There will be no relaxation in the upper age limit. The age of the candidate will be determined from the last date of receipt of applications.
- The department reserves the right to cancel or change the number of posts at any stage.
- The last date for submission of applications is December 15, 2025.
