Applications are invited for the following position, under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP), funded by the World Bank. The duration of the assignment shall be one year and market-based salary will be offered.
POLICY ADVISOR STRATEGIC RISK MANAGEMENT
Position: Policy Advisor, Strategic Risk Management
Project: Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEP), funded by the World Bank

Duration: One year
Salary: Market-based
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Strategic Management, Energy Policy, or a related field. Certifications in public policy or law are an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including:
- Expertise in policy development, institutional reform, or governance, preferably in energy/infrastructure.
- Experience in developing strategies or frameworks.
- Ability to design organizational structures, draft strategic plans, and lead stakeholder engagements.
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s power sector is desirable.
- Experience with international organizations or donor-funded projects is preferred.
