Job Overview
- Position: Unit Head Field Collections & Recoveries
- Grade:SVP-1 to EVP-1
- Location: Lahore
- Department: Collections & Recovery Division (Digital Banking Group)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities and performance of field staff.
- Conduct team meetings and guide staff toward daily targets.
- Maintain and report performance MIS regularly.
- Ensure field staff follow collection/recovery processes.
- Track portfolio health indicators for sustainable recovery.
- Handle delinquent customer complaints and coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, code of conduct, and procedures.
- Monitor fraud accounts and report to the Fraud Unit.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:8–12 years of relevant banking/non-banking experience.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of the application date.
