The Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan (No. 4567-PAK) from the “Asian Development Bank” for the Power Distribution Strengthening Project. LESCO being an implementing agency under the project, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to payments for Consulting Services titled “Environment and Social Safeguard Expert”.

- Specific Experience: At least 5 years of specific experience in preparing and implementing IEE, EIA, EMP (Environmental Management Plan), and LARP (Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan) for infrastructure or energy sector projects.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of ADB’s Safeguard Policy Statement (SPS) 2009 and Pakistan’s environmental and social regulatory framework.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have a valid/active status.
