MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Submission Process: The application can be submitted through the online portal of University of Mianwali (UMW) via link: https://umw.edu.pk/recruitments/, on or before 18th February 2026.
- Hard Copies: Printed application (duly signed by the candidate) along with copies of all the relevant documents (attested) must reach to the Office of the Registrar, University of Mianwali before 04:00 pm, 20th February 2026.
- Age Relaxation: Will be given as per Government of Punjab rules.
- Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- Processing Fee: Application must be accompanied with original bank draft of amount 3000/- as processing fee (non-refundable) drawn in favor of Treasurer, University of Mianwali.
- Multiple Applications: Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete applications along with separate bank drafts.
- Government Employees: Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi-Government Department or Autonomous Body must apply through the proper channel by the due date.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Quotas: Quota will be admissible under the Government of the Punjab rules. Applicants must mention the category of the quota and submit each application separately.
- University Rights: The university reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, fill any position, withhold an appointment, or accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Post Adjustment: The University may increase or decrease the number of posts at any time without prior information.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible by the University in any case.
- Final Decision: The decision of the university shall remain binding in all cases.
