TERMS AND CONDITIONS / GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- All posts will be filled on Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per organization policy in vogue.
- Where the prescribed qualification is first class in the final degree, only one 2nd division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
- Note: 1st Division degree means a minimum of 60% marks for Annual System or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 for Semester System and 2nd Division means a minimum of 50% marks for Annual System or CGPA 2 out of 4 for Semester System.
iii. Candidate must have obtained all educational certificates / diplomas / degrees from Government recognized Institutes.
- Only the certificates / diplomas / degrees issued by recognized Pakistani and foreign institutions / universities will be accepted.
- Experience will only be considered if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification against each post.
- Age must not be less than 18 years and more than 35 years up to closing date of advertisement. However, relaxation in upper age limit may be given as per rules.
vii. Candidates already employed in Govt. / Semi Govt. Organizations must provide NOC from their employer at the time of test/interview.
viii. Only the candidates who fulfill prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Information regarding qualification/ experience/ grade/ division etc. provided in the application will be considered as final and change/claim whatsoever will not be acceptable during or after selection.
- Candidature of those who do not fulfill prescribed eligibility criteria and apply for any of the above positions may be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.
- Any concealment about qualification etc. will be tantamount to misrepresentation and dealt with accordingly. Candidature of such individuals and of those having bogus/fake degrees & certificates shall be cancelled at any stage and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during or after selection.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
xii. Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply. Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
xiii. Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If large numbers of applicant meet the selection criteria, only the candidates with higher standing in marks/divisions/CGPA/percentage and or more experienced would be shortlisted.
xiv. No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- The Organization reserves the right to withdraw / cancel the post(s) or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
