The individuals who fulfill the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
01. Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I)
- Reporting to: Departmental Head – Civil
- Educational / Professional Qualification: * Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant certification would be preferred.
- Experience: * Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Candidates having work experience in a Bank and / or Financial Institution would be preferred.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: * Good working knowledge in project estimation, project billing, and project execution.
- Ability to multitask with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Ability to work and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To perform site visits for overall assessment of project / assignment and report accordingly.
- To prepare cost estimate for each project / task in light of Bank’s policy.
- To review and analyze the layout plans and discuss any change with supervisor and cross-functional teams.
- To prepare bidding documents as per the Bank’s defined policy / procedure.
- To review and verify project bills / invoices.
- To coordinate with the project consultants, branches and regional offices regarding the projects.
- To issue valuation certificate for House Building Finance (HBF).
- To supervise building constructions and renovation of the Bank.
- To provide supervision of work at site, where required.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
- Place of Posting: Islamabad, Karachi, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibbi
02. Resident Engineer – Electrical (OG-I)
- Reporting to: Departmental Head – Electrical
- Educational / Professional Qualification: * Minimum B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Energy) or B. Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Energy) or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant certification would be preferred.
- Experience: * Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Candidates having work experience in a Bank and / or Financial Institution would be preferred.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: * Good working knowledge in project estimation, project billing, and project execution.
- Ability to multitask with cross-functional teams.

- To prepare cost estimations for projects and tasks in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and PPRA rules.
- To review and analyze layout plans, discussing necessary changes with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
- To prepare bidding documents following the Bank’s defined policies and procedures.
- To review and verify project bills and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- To coordinate with project consultants, branches, and regional teams for smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- To monitor and assess operations and maintenance of Generators, UPS, DBs, Solar Systems, and other electrical systems.
- To supervise electrical work during construction and renovation projects to ensure proper installation and safety standards.
- To provide on-site supervision as required to ensure work is completed according to plan and quality standards.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
- Place of Posting: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore
03. Resident Engineer – Mechanical (OG-I)
- Reporting to: Departmental Head – Mechanical
- Educational / Professional Qualification: * Minimum B.E. (Mechanical) or B. Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or relevant certification would be preferred.
- Experience: * Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Candidates having work experience in a Bank and / or Financial Institution would be preferred.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required: * Good working knowledge in project estimation, project billing, and project execution.

- Place of Posting: Gujrat, Lahore
