Following vacancies are available in various constituent units of Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) which comprises Shalamar Hospital (SH), Shalamar Medical and Dental College (SMDC), Shalamar Nursing College (SNC) and Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences (SSAHS).
1. Manager Human Resources
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a managerial position in any well-reputed tertiary care teaching hospital.
- Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
2. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager House Keeping Services
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent from an HEC recognized university, preferably holding a Certification in Hospitality/Management.

- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office skills is essential.
3. Shift In-Charge House Keeping Services (Female)
- Education: Bachelors, preferably holding a housekeeping training certificate from a reputable healthcare institution or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1-3 years or more relevant working experience as a Housekeeping Shift In-charge / Supervisor in a teaching hospital or reputable healthcare organization.
