Applicants are invited to fill the following positions of Project Coordination Unit under the PSDP Project titled “Jinnah Medical and Research Center, Lahore”. The appointments shall be purely on contract basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance till completion of project, whichever is earlier. Market-based competitive salary will be offered.

| 2. | Secretary Company | 01 | 45-55 | Minimum Qualifications: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants i.e. ICAP. Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries i.e. ICSAP. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Is a Law Graduate. | Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field (Provided in State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Ownership) Rules, 2023) and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013. Key Skills & Competencies: Complete understanding of Companies Act, 2017, SECP laws, and Corporate Governance Rules, 2013. Excellent handling of corporate governance principles and regulatory framework. High level of professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. |
