| 3 | Manager Risk Management | CRM/FRM Certification preferred | 5+ years in Risk & Compliance | Train staff on AML/CFT, update policies & procedures, supervise compliance checklists, ensure regulatory adherence. |
| 4 | Manager Compliance | BS in Finance or Business or related field | 5+ years (2+ years at supervisory role) | Monitor internal/external compliance, review financial reporting, advise on conflicts & audits. |
