Position Vacant Executive Director HEC
HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION, PAKISTAN
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), a national level public organization for higher education policy, planning and regulations, invites applications from dynamic and visionary and highly accomplished professionals of international eminence and proven ability for the post of the Executive Director (ED), on contract basis. The Executive Director serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Commission and is responsible for leading the implementation of HEC’s strategic agenda, overseeing operational management and ensuring accountability and efficiency in line with national priorities.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Advanced degree preferably PhD in any discipline. Diverse experience of work at senior level in public and/or private sector, with proven record of eminence and contribution in the field of higher education, management and leadership. A creative consensus builder with the capacity to listen and build a great management team with skills appropriate to their tasks. An excellent recruiter of personnel. Extensive experience of financial management and resource mobilization, and a commitment to staff development.
Tenure and Remuneration:
- Pay Scale: MP-1
- Tenure of Contract: 04 years.
- MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT: 65 Years
- Experience means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
