| Experience | – Minimum 10 years in project management or related field. – Knowledge of government project planning (Pakistan). – Experience in Balochistan is an advantage. |

| Age Limit | 40–62 years (as of appointment date). |
Key Responsibilities

| – Oversee planning, design, and execution of the Safe City Project. |
| – Manage stakeholders, consultants, and project teams. |
| – Monitor budget, timelines, and risks, ensuring compliance. |
| – Submit progress reports (PC-I/IV, PM-002/003). |
| – Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency. |
| – Report directly to the Science & IT Department, Balochistan. |
