HESCO Paid Internship Program for Financial Year 2025-26
Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), a leading public sector utility company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is engaged in the business of electricity distribution and operates in 13 districts of Southern Sindh (excluding Karachi) with a workforce of over 10,000 employees. The company is offering a paid internship opportunity to gain experience in a renowned power distribution company for graduates and early-career professionals. This opportunity aims to foster learning and economic empowerment in the following departments/categories:

Internship Duration and Stipend
- The internship will initially be for 06 months, extendable for another 06 months (maximum two years). The extension will be based on performance and company requirements.
- A monthly stipend of Rs. 14,000/- will be provided, with a 20% increase on each extension.
Eligibility Criteria, Application, Selection Process & Instructions
- Candidates holding the required qualifications with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4 from HEC recognized universities/institutions are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted online within the stipulated time.
- A merit list will be prepared based on academic record and interview assessment. The selection committee will conduct interviews and verify original documents.
- Maximum age limit is 30 years as of the last date of this advertisement. Government and semi-government employees are not eligible.
- Internship does not guarantee employment opportunities in HESCO during or after the internship.
- HESCO reserves the right to stop or cancel the internship program for applicants at any time/stage without providing any reason.
- Interns will not be allowed DATA/Conveyance Allowance during the internship.
- The amount of stipend, duration, and number of internships may be reduced/increased as per HESCO’s policy and requirement.
- HESCO management reserves the right to terminate any intern during the program due to violation of company discipline.
- Internship certificates will be issued upon submission of the internship report and satisfactory performance during the internship.
