| Eligibility Criteria | – 16-year degree (HEC-recognized) in Public/Business Admin, Engineering, Commerce, Contract Law, or Project Management. – Preferred: Additional certification in Project Contract/Supply Chain Management. – Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. |
