2. Experiential Fellow (01) <br> Department of Cardiology 0-11 Qualification: MBBS, FCPS (Medicine) or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC. <br> Experience: Post FCPS (Cardiology) or equivalent recognized experience of at least one year as Fellow in Cardiology from a recognized institute or Fellowship in Cardiology from a recognized Institute.
3. Trainee Registrar (01) <br> Department of CT Surgery 0-11 Qualification: MBBS, FCPS (Surgery) or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC. <br> Experience: Post FCPS (Cardiac Surgery) or equivalent recognized experience of at least one year as Trainee Registrar in Cardiac Surgery.

8. Clinical Technologist (01) <br> Department of Cardiac CT 0-11 Qualification: BSc (Medical Imaging Technology) or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC. <br> Experience: At least one year experience in Cardiac CT from a recognized institute.
9. Echocardiographer (01) <br> Department of Cardiology 0-11 Qualification: BSc (Echocardiography) or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC. <br> Experience: At least one year experience in Echocardiography from a recognized institute.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The appointments will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable on satisfactory performance.
  2. The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated salary as per the approved pay scales of MTI, Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar.
  3. The candidates must be a resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  5. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
  6. The application form can be downloaded from the website of Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar (www.kth.gov.pk).
  7. Applications along with attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent passport size photographs should reach the office of the Medical Director, Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar on or before the closing date.
  8. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  9. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason.
  10. The selected candidates will be required to sign a bond for a period of one year.
  11. The selected candidates will be subject to the rules and regulations of MTI, Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar.
  12. The selected candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination.
  13. The selected candidates will be required to provide a Police Clearance Certificate.
  14. The selected candidates will be required to provide a Character Certificate from two gazetted officers.
  15. The selected candidates will be required to provide an Affidavit stating that they have not been involved in any criminal activity.
  16. The selected candidates will be required to provide a Bank Guarantee equivalent to three months salary.
  17. The selected candidates will be required to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous employer (if applicable).
  18. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their professional registration with PM&DC/Pakistan Nursing Council/Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (if applicable).
  19. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their valid Driving License (if applicable).
  20. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their Computer Literacy Certificate (if applicable).
  21. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their relevant experience certificates.
  22. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their academic degrees/diplomas.
  23. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their CNIC.
  24. The selected candidates will be required to provide a copy of their Domicile Certificate.
  25. The selected candidates will be required to provide two recent passport size photographs.
