Eligibility Criteria

Requirement Details
Education Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized). Master’s preferred.
Age Limit Maximum 27 years (as of application deadline).
Experience 1 year in banking/sales (preferred). Fresh graduates may apply.

Key Responsibilities

Duty Description
Sales & Targets Achieve deposit/cross-sell targets (Conventional & Islamic Banking).
Customer Engagement Conduct visits, resolve queries, and ensure service quality.
Compliance Adhere to banking laws, Shariah principles, and audit requirements.
Documentation Maintain records and follow SOPs/TATs.
Campaigns Participate in Market Storming and customer drives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Skill Description
Sales & Interpersonal Strong client management and negotiation skills.
Banking Knowledge Understanding of Conventional/Islamic Banking products.
Technical Proficiency MS Office, databases, and geographical awareness.
Communication Fluent oral/written communication.
