Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, Invites the applications from qualified and experienced
individuals against the following positions As an Individual Consultant on a “Contract Basis” for the World Bank funded program
through ADP/ Development scheme titled “NATIONAL HEALTH SUPPORT PROGRAM (NHSP)” Government of the Punjab. The
qualification and experience required for the posts is as under:

| Position | Qualifications | Experience | Key Details |
| Procurement Specialist (PP5-9) – 01 Post | – Master’s in MBA (Procurement/Logistics & Supply Chain) or 16 years of education in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration (HEC-recognized university). – Preferred: Procurement certifications (MCIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP). |
– 8+ years in procurement (Goods, Works, Consulting Services). – Expertise in bid evaluation, contract management, and international procurement rules. |
– Contract Basis (World Bank-funded project). – Apply by: 18th July 2025. |
| Financial Management Specialist (PP5-10) – 01 Post | – Professional certification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CFA) or Master’s in Finance/Accounting (M.Com, MBA Finance, MS Finance). – Govt. officers with 17+ years experience may apply. |
– 8+ years in financial management, auditing, public sector accounting. – Knowledge of IPSAS preferred. |
