Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate degree in Engineering (HEC-recognized); OR

Civil servant in BPS-21 or above/equivalent in Pakistan Armed Forces.

Minimum 25 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a senior/top managerial/administrative role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and maintenance of water/power projects under the WAPDA Act.

Lead administrative, financial, and technical functions of WAPDA.

Manage water, power, and finance wings, and liaise with national/international agencies.

Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedules.

Civil Servants: BPS-22 pay + allowances.

Armed Forces Officers: Existing pay/allowances.

Others: As per NHS-Scale.
