A Public Sector Organization is looking for a dynamic professional purely on a contract basis who possesses a degree/certification duly recognized by HEC/relevant boards and institutes and post-qualification experience mentioned against the following post:

Experience: • At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in law with expertise in: • Energy/oil/gas law, • Construction law and building codes, • Environmental law, • Corporate law, • Arbitration law, • Procurement law, • Contractual arrangements and drafting MOUs, agreements, rules, regulations, bylaws, SOPs, • Strong drafting skills (legal and legislative). • Must be a Practicing Lawyer actively enrolled with the Pakistan Bar Council. Other Skills: • Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English. • Strong interpersonal skills, including cross-organizational collaboration. Age: • Maximum 45 years (including all relaxations) on the application submission deadline. |
