JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN THE PUNAB MASSTRANSIT AUTHORITY

The Punjab Masstransit Authority invites applications from eligible candidates for following jobs purely on contractual basis.

Note: LMBS: Lahore Metro Bus System, LFR: Lahore Feeder Routes, OLMT: Orange Line Metro Train, PMBS: Pakistan Metro Bus System, MMBS: Multan Metro Bus System, MFR: Multan Feeder Routes
Instructions and General Conditions:

1. The onus / responsibility of the correctness of the data and documents given in the online application will rest absolutely on the Applicant.

2. Applications submitted with incorrect/incomplete information intentionally or unintentionally will be rejected without assigning any reason.

3. Any Applicant having a foreign degree, will have to submit the equivalence certificate duly issued by HEC, Islamabad.

4. The experience as part time, honorary self-employed and apprenticed intern will not be considered/ counted as experience.

5. Applicants already in government service should apply through the proper channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview, issued by the competent / appointing authority as the case may be. Date of applicant’s appointment and nature of job should be clearly reflected in NOC.

6. Applicants would be required to bring their original documents; educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, and any other relevant document at the time of interview.

7. Candidates passing the interview will have to submit a copy of their degrees/certificates duly verified by HEC (in case of a foreign degree an equivalence certificate issued by HEC)along with a fresh police character verification certificate and medical fitness certificate issued by district hospital.

8. Government approved quotas (if applicable) will be observed subject to fulfillment of applicable terms & conditions by the candidate(s).

9. General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidate shall be applicable as per Government Instructions.

10. Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease number of any post/accept or reject any application/cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason.
    How to Apply:

11. Interested applicants who fulfill the job criteria may visit the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk ) and apply online for the post (s).

12. A fee of PKR. 550/- will be charged for written test for each post, details of the fee submission process is available on the website of NTS.

13. The candidates should fill the application online. After completing the all required mandatory fields, the candidates will have to press the “Submit” button. Print bank deposit slip and pay the prescribed fee. Fee can be paid via 11.lnk 18ill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters.

14. Test fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

15. Candidates, who want to apply for more than one post, must apply separately and pay separate fee for each post.

16. Roll No. Slip containing information regarding test center, timings and test date will be uploaded on the NTS website at least 07 days before the test date and candidates will be informed through SMS.

17. Any further requirement of the documents, list of the shortlisted candidate(s) for the interview and interview schedule will be displayed on NTS website. All candidates are encouraged to regularly visit NTS website for the schedule of test and interview.
