Position: Director Training & Coordination
Qualifications:

Essential: MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized university/institution.

Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Medical Administration/Health Professions Education (HPE). Certificates/Diplomas/Master’s in relevant fields (PM&DC/HEC-recognized) will be prioritized.
Experience:

8-10 years in management, training, and coordination, preferably in medical education institutions/universities or reputable healthcare setups.

Knowledge of national/international accreditation and medical education standards.

Proven leadership in managing teaching, clinical, and administrative teams.

Skills in performance management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee performance management systems.

Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
-
Coordinate between academic, clinical, and administrative departments.
-
Develop and monitor budgets for institutional needs.
