Eligibility Criteria
| Requirement | Details |
| Education | – Minimum: Graduation – Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration, HRM, HRD, Public Administration, or equivalent (HEC-recognized or with HEC equivalency for foreign degrees) – Advantage: SHRM, CHRP, or similar HR certifications |
| Experience | – 8+ years in HR/Training & Development (preferably in Financial Services) – 3+ years at mid-senior level |

| Training Planning | – Prepare annual training plans/budgets – Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements |
| Learning & Development | – Develop training manuals/e-learning materials – Measure Return on Training Investment (ROTI) |

| Administration | – Manage training budgets – Update training materials regularly |
