Eligibility Criteria
| Requirement | Details |
| Education | – Minimum: Graduation – Preferred: Master’s degree (Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or equivalent) from HEC-recognized institution. – Foreign degrees require HEC equivalency certificate. – Procurement certifications/diplomas are advantageous. |
| Experience | – Minimum 10 years in Procurement (preferably in Financial Services Industry). – At least 3 years in a mid-senior level role. |
Key Responsibilities

| Procurement Management | Manage end-to-end procurement processes, contracts, and vendor negotiations. |
| Compliance | Ensure adherence to Public Procurement Rules and bank policies. |
| Strategy & Policy | Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures. |
| Market Research | Analyze vendor performance and conduct market research. |
| Technology Procurement | Familiarity with tech-related procurement and local vendors. |
| Additional Duties | Perform other tasks as assigned by the bank. |
